“Unsubmit” means the transaction has not been successfully broadcast to the blockchain network, usually due to a problem with your device’s internet connection or the RPC node connection. Until the transaction is successfully submitted on-chain, your tokens will not be sent, and no gas fees will be charged.
For an ETH account, follow these steps:
- Check the RPC node: Go to “My Profile” - “Blockchain Networks” - “Ethereum” and check the node latency. Green means fast, yellow means moderate, and red means slow. “Unusual” indicates a connection failure.
- Restore the connection: If the node is slow or shows “Unusual”, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or turn airplane mode on and then off.
- Resubmit: Once the connection is restored, return to your account’s transaction history. If the transaction has a “Resubmit” button, tap it to send the transaction again.
